At BoWagyu.com, we accept return or refund requests within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
🧊 Return Policy for Japanese A5 Wagyu Products
We specialize in premium imported Japanese A5 Wagyu beef, including:
- Ribeye, Striploin, Tenderloin
- Chuck Flap (Zabuton), Top Blade (Misuji)
- Brisket, Short Plate, Knuckle, Top Sirloin, Tomahawk
⚠️ Due to the nature of frozen food, returns are only accepted in the following situations:
- The product delivered is incorrect or different from the order
- The product is damaged, leaked, or defrosted due to shipping issues
- The package is torn, unsealed, or missing important traceability labels
👉 We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- The item has been partially used or defrosted
- The customer ordered the wrong part (e.g., wanted Striploin but ordered Ribeye)
- The original packaging and tracking label is missing or tampered with

- Funds will be returned to your bank account or credit card, depending on the original payment.

- Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
- Free gifts or promotional items are not eligible for separate return or refund unless damaged.
🚚 Shipping Returns
- If required to return the product, send it to our logistics hub at:

(Final address will be confirmed after your request is approved) - Please use a trackable shipping service or insured courier for high-value items.
- If the fault is on our side, we will cover all return shipping fees.

▸ Can I exchange Ribeye for Striploin?
No. We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect. We do not allow exchanges based on change of preference.
▸ The product arrived partially thawed. Can I return it?
Yes, as long as you contact us within 24 hours and provide photos as proof.
▸ I ordered Tomahawk but meant to order Tenderloin – can I switch?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns due to mistaken orders. Please double-check your order before confirming payment.
